Privacy notice

Toothly Dental Ltd, 41 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, is the controller of the personal data you give us. We use it only to provide dental care, manage bookings, invoices and Smile Plans, and to send recall reminders.

Clinical records are kept for the period required by the Dental Council of Ireland. Booking and billing data are kept for seven years for Revenue purposes.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, by emailing privacy@toothly.ie. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission.
